How does a session unfold?
We begin with a gentle conversation, then move into craniosacral therapy. This allows both clarity of mind and deep relaxation of the body.
1Arrival and settling in
When you arrive, we take a moment to settle. You don't need to have anything figured out – you can come exactly as you are.
2Gentle conversation
We begin with a calm conversation. You can share what is on your mind or what brought you here today.
3Craniosacral therapy
We move into body-based care. Gentle touch calms the nervous system and allows both clarity of mind and deep relaxation of the body.
Answers to common questions
It is completely normal for therapy to raise questions.
What is short-term therapy?
Short-term therapy is goal-oriented, practical conversational support that helps you find clarity, direction and relief for the challenges of the present moment. In therapy we pause with your situation in a safe, confidential atmosphere where you can be truly heard.
The work emphasises presence – stopping in the moment and calmly exploring your experience – and a systemic perspective that takes into account relationships, interaction and your life situation as a whole. Together we look for new perspectives and concrete ways to support everyday life. Short-term therapy proceeds according to your goals and can bring significant insights and change even in a short time.
How do I know if I need therapy?
If something is weighing on your mind, your life situation feels overwhelming, or you find yourself going over the same thoughts again and again – therapy can be exactly the right place to pause. You don't need a crisis or a diagnosis. It's enough that something in your life is calling for space to be heard.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Everything discussed in therapy sessions is completely confidential. I am bound by professional confidentiality, and your information will never be shared without your consent. A sense of safety and trust is the very foundation of our work together.
Do I need to know anything in particular?
Not at all. You don't need any prior experience with therapy or a specific reason to come. You arrive as you are, in this very moment – and that is entirely enough. The first session is always a calm introduction where we explore together what you need.
