Get in touch

The first step of reaching out can feel big. That is why I want to make booking as easy and safe as possible for you.

Working with Nora was an exceptionally safe, warm experience of being truly seen. She met me as a whole person, with real presence and heart. When you dare to open your heart, in the right company you are not only heard – something inside also begins to heal.

Anette

Therapy with Nora felt warm and safe from the beginning. She is empathic and meets you authentically, naturally bringing out essential perspectives. I especially appreciated her way of being present – it makes her work genuinely meaningful and powerful.

Sari

Nora’s ability to listen and resonate, to convey that “I know what you’re going through”, and then gently lift toward light and hope – that is truly therapeutic!

Katja, 57

Nora’s cranio session was gentle and calming; it offered a holistic experience of being heard and held, and left a long-lasting sense of ease in the nervous system.

Fellow therapist

Nora meets you with incredibly present energy. Together you can understand the thoughts spinning in your mind, see possibilities, and be challenged when needed. A warm recommendation for Nora’s services.

Miia

Cranio work felt like an incredibly gentle, present touch; body and mind relaxed already on the treatment table. I recommend cranio sessions to anyone whose body or mind longs for peace and presence. I felt lighter already after the first time. Thank you, Nora!

Miia

I never thought short-term therapy would be for me, but I was really wrong. Nora has been gently consistent and helped me exactly when I have needed a different perspective and concrete ways to process difficult things. Nora has given me a lot to reflect on and, in the right measure, challenged me to make insights about my own thought patterns.

Jenni

The session with Nora included an opening conversation, craniosacral treatment, and suggestions for grounding myself after the treatment. The session helped align not only the body; clarity also emerged on a mental level. The experience was pleasant overall, and the conversation left me feeling inspired. Thank you, Nora, for a beautiful encounter where you honour the different dimensions of being human.

Elina

Nora created a uniquely safe and calm atmosphere right from the start. The atmosphere was deeply present, almost flow-like – you could clearly sense that Nora knows exactly what she is doing. The treatment itself was deeply relaxing and had a holistic effect – including on the emotional level.

How does a session unfold?

We begin with a gentle conversation, then move into craniosacral therapy. This allows both clarity of mind and deep relaxation of the body.

Answers to common questions

It is completely normal for therapy to raise questions.

What is short-term therapy?

Short-term therapy is goal-oriented, practical conversational support that helps you find clarity, direction and relief for the challenges of the present moment. In therapy we pause with your situation in a safe, confidential atmosphere where you can be truly heard.

The work emphasises presence – stopping in the moment and calmly exploring your experience – and a systemic perspective that takes into account relationships, interaction and your life situation as a whole. Together we look for new perspectives and concrete ways to support everyday life. Short-term therapy proceeds according to your goals and can bring significant insights and change even in a short time.

How do I know if I need therapy?

If something is weighing on your mind, your life situation feels overwhelming, or you find yourself going over the same thoughts again and again – therapy can be exactly the right place to pause. You don't need a crisis or a diagnosis. It's enough that something in your life is calling for space to be heard.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, absolutely. Everything discussed in therapy sessions is completely confidential. I am bound by professional confidentiality, and your information will never be shared without your consent. A sense of safety and trust is the very foundation of our work together.

Do I need to know anything in particular?

Not at all. You don't need any prior experience with therapy or a specific reason to come. You arrive as you are, in this very moment – and that is entirely enough. The first session is always a calm introduction where we explore together what you need.
