About Nora

Services

Short-term therapy, craniosacral therapy, and combination sessions.

Jenni

I had never thought short-term therapy was for me, but I was completely wrong.

It's enough that you come as you are. This is a safe space where you can speak freely, be heard, and be without performance pressure. The first step is enough.

Miia

Craniosacral therapy felt like an infinitely gentle, present touch; body and mind relaxed already on the treatment table.

I offer you a calm and safe space to pause. A space where you can be met exactly as you are – without hurry, without demands.

Katja

Nora's ability to listen and empathize, to convey the sense that "I know what you're going through", and then gently lift towards light and hope.

Perhaps you are tired, overwhelmed or unsure of your direction. Perhaps you carry experiences that still affect your everyday life. You are not alone.

Miia

Nora meets you with infinitely present energy. Helping you together understand the thoughts spinning in your mind, seeing possibilities and, when needed, challenging gently.

Our work brings together conversation, presence and somatic listening. Together we can explore what is happening within you, and make room for change at your own pace.

Nora Soini
"I believe every person already holds within them a direction towards balance."

Nora Soini

My work is calm, client-centered, and confidential.

I am currently training as a craniosacral therapist, graduating autumn 2026. During my studies I offer practice sessions at an affordable price. I am also training as an energy healer, graduating spring 2027.

What matters most in my work is a safe, calm space where a person can be met as a whole – body, emotions and mind.

My path to this work has run through a long journey of personal growth. My own experiences have taught me a great deal about humanity and how a person can find their way back to connection with themselves.

Situations I can help with

Every situation is unique. You are welcome to come, for example, when:

Stress, strain or exhaustion

When life feels heavy or you tire easily, or when your body and mind need room to settle and recover.

A turning point in life

You are in transition – a new chapter, a decision or a change is asking for space and to be truly heard.

Clarity and direction

You long for clarity or a sense of direction: you want to recognise your own wishes and make choices that feel right.

Deeper self-understanding

You want to understand yourself and your experiences more deeply – in a gentle, safe pace, without rush.

Gentle somatic support

You hope for gentle, body-based support for recovery – space to listen to your body, your feelings and your nervous system.

Answers to common questions

It is completely normal for therapy to raise questions.

What is short-term therapy?

Short-term therapy is goal-oriented, practical conversational support that helps you find clarity, direction and relief for the challenges of the present moment. In therapy we pause with your situation in a safe, confidential atmosphere where you can be truly heard.

The work emphasises presence – stopping in the moment and calmly exploring your experience – and a systemic perspective that takes into account relationships, interaction and your life situation as a whole. Together we look for new perspectives and concrete ways to support everyday life. Short-term therapy proceeds according to your goals and can bring significant insights and change even in a short time.

How do I know if I need therapy?

If something is weighing on your mind, your life situation feels overwhelming, or you find yourself going over the same thoughts again and again – therapy can be exactly the right place to pause. You don't need a crisis or a diagnosis. It's enough that something in your life is calling for space to be heard.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, absolutely. Everything discussed in therapy sessions is completely confidential. I am bound by professional confidentiality, and your information will never be shared without your consent. A sense of safety and trust is the very foundation of our work together.

Do I need to know anything in particular?

Not at all. You don't need any prior experience with therapy or a specific reason to come. You arrive as you are, in this very moment – and that is entirely enough. The first session is always a calm introduction where we explore together what you need.
